1. Conduct research to understand lab staff personas, the main entities and lab room they manage, and key data and communication points.
2. Create and validate task and lifecycle journey maps.
3. Illustrate the "Big Picture" while building Agile epics and user stories to define requirements.
4. Create a scoring matrix to create a roadmap strategically focusing innovation efforts, prioritization, and scope.

Team Structure

Innovation & Design Team
*One person may perform multiple roles.
Program Navigator, Digital Strategist, UX Researcher, Visual Designer, Client Stakeholders.

Tasks
Conduct interviews, document lab processes, create journey maps, orchestrate requirements, and develop a strategic roadmap.

Development Team
Conversational AI Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Tasks
Understand and communicate technical requirements and efforts necessary to deliver key roadmap milestones.
